Terms of Use

The rules that apply to using this site and to the services contracted through it.

Who provides the services

Language teaching and translation services are provided by OBRAZOVALIŠTE — Agencija za usluge, Bulevar Desanke Maksimović 147, 78000 Banja Luka, tax ID 4510847990000.

Requests and forming a contract

Submitting a form on the site is not a contract. A contract is formed when we confirm a slot, or when you accept a translation quote and pay.

The first two classes are free and commit you to nothing: the first places your level, the second is a class from the syllabus.

Classes

  • Groups are formed by CEFR level, with at most eight students.
  • A group opens once at least four students of the same level have signed up.
  • A one-to-one slot can be moved up to 24 hours before it starts.
  • A missed class is made up within the same month, by arrangement with the teacher.
  • Materials are included in the package price and are for the student’s personal use.

Translation

  • The price and the deadline are set in the quote, before work starts.
  • A certified translation is signed and stamped by a court interpreter entered in the register.
  • Documents you send are used only to prepare the quote and the translation, and are kept as a business secret.
  • If certification requires the original or a certified copy, we say so in the quote.

Site content

The texts, photographs and teaching materials on this site are our property or are used with permission. Copying and publishing them without written consent is not permitted.

We list references as clients of translation services, without using their logos and without any detail about the matters involved.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your contract is the one published on the day the contract was formed. The date of the last change is at the top of this page.
