Who processes your data, what we collect, on what legal basis, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect and why

No form on this site asks for an ID card or passport number.
Who the data is passed to
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. We use the following processors:

Transfers outside the European Union exist and are named in the table. They rest on standard contractual clauses. Please do not type personal data into the chat on this site — slots are arranged through the form.
How long we keep the data

Your rights
- To receive a copy of the data we hold about you.
- To have an inaccurate record corrected.
- To ask for deletion — except what we are legally obliged to keep, invoices above all.
- To withdraw consent, at any time and without consequences for a service already agreed.
- To object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Send your request to info@obrazovaliste.ba. We answer within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been breached, you may contact the competent data protection authority.
Children and recordings
For students under 18 the application is submitted by a parent or guardian. Recording an online class requires explicit consent, and consent to publish recordings is separate and optional — an application can be submitted without it.
A recorded class cannot be booked for a minor without the consent of a parent or guardian. Consent is withdrawn by writing to info@obrazovaliste.ba.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work — the session, the language, form protection and remembering your cookie choice. No analytics, no pixels and no ad networks. The detail is on the page Cookie Policy.
